Gabe's experience in teaching Cincinnatians how fitness can help them achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle is apparent in all that he does. His passion, warmth and enthusiasm as a coach, whether you're a novice or fitness enthusiast, allows him to excel at supporting clients on proper exercise form to get the most from their efforts while decreasing any chance of injury. Working with Gabe has proven to be a rewarding experience for his clients, allowing them to achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals, increased neuromuscular efficiency, core strength and balance, enhance lean muscle and reduce body fat.

As a certified personal trainer and Emergency Medical Technician, Gabe places special emphases on safety and effective movement. And his ever growing knowledge of fitness provides clients the optimal achievement in reaching their goals.

In his free time, Gabe enjoys staying active by playing hockey and learning to play music. Gabe also likes spending time with his family and watching a good movie with his friends.

"I characterize my experience with Gabe in two words: results and professionalism.

Gabe has worked with me for over a month to help me reduce weight and fat and help me gain muscle mass. Initially, Gabe spent time with me to review my overall strength, flexibility and eating habits (current situation) and my goal (end in mind). Based on the initial assessment and my goals, he developed a plan of how I would get to my goal. Over the past six week timeframe, I have worked out with Gabe two times/week - so far I have lost roughly 10 pounds in weight and have increased my overall body strength by 2x - 3x (these are on target with my goals).

During this time, I have found Gabe to be very courteous and very professional. He primarily concentrates on safety of his clients, teaching proper techniques to lift weights and creating a comfortable atmosphere to work out in.
