The Nautilus NS 700 Gym features 3 stations (with the leg press addition) with two individual weight stacks which enable two people to work out simultaneously. With Nautilus' dual-pivot Pec Dec station, you'll get the same freedom of movement you'd get from a dumbbell workout, but in all the natural planes of movement. The free motion unit creates a strength curve matching the human body, allowing you to train to your maximum effort throughout the range of motion, unlike traditional equipment. The Nautilus NS 700 gym’s biomechanically correct and fully supported seated leg extension/leg curl station allow you to fully concentrate on the desired leg muscles from the seated position, eliminating back strain and maximizing muscle recruitment. The units’ stations replicate over 80 exercises in the health club and the pulleys freely rotate 360 degrees to follow the natural resistance path of any user. |
