The CFT Program is
conducted at HealthStyle Fitness, a private studio centrally located in
Pleasant Ridge at 6200 Montgomery Road.

You'll
meet with your small group and Brian every 2 weeks. Each time you get
together, Brian will share new educational insights regarding nutrition
and results oriented exercise and your program will move to the next phase.
Then Brian will walk you, step by step, through your new routine that
you'll incorporate for the next 2 weeks.
With each session
you become more empowered and results begin to manifest.
Approximately 70% of the CFT participants follow the program at home with
nothing more than a few pairs of dumbbells and a stability ball. The other
30% follow the program at a gym or health club. The program is set up to
accommodate either option.

A: The CFT small group sessions range between 1-hour to 21/2
hours depending on the phase of the program.
A: Wear what you’re comfortable wearing. Most
clients train in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Some wear sweats. It
doesn't matter as long as you feel comfortable.
